ViralMed

I started working at ViralMed while working as a Creative Director at Chamber Media. Our first project objective was to find an engaging way to talk about a really boring concept. Our solution was stimulation. At its core, this video series is just a talking head. It belonged in front of a plain white cyc wall. But then no one would watch it.

Our team decided to add the roller skating theme to increase engagement. The theme was then tied into the script and the project was a success. ViralMed is still using this project for its clients 3 years later.

At the beginning of 2024, I accepted an offer from ViralMed to create their own internal content team. Starting from scratch I built a fully remote content creation system with videographers and editors across the globe. The biggest challenge in working with a variety of creatives remotely was to make sure the quality of each video could be standardized. I developed a training series for new videographers and editors in order to efficiently onboard new team members each week. In the end, we created a lean team that could plan, shoot, and edit an in-office interview anywhere in the country within 2 weeks.
